What Causes Persisting Groin Pain And Swelling After Hitting?

so yea i got hit in the groin tuesday...its been 6 days black and bruised and its the left all swollen i havent done really anything i seem to go to the bathroom ok its been almost a week it hurts to walk and when i sit too..but is there somthing i should be concerned about??? There is no fevers but im not sure??
