General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to blunt trauma over the wrist.

For further assessment, you may require X-Ray of that affected hand after orthopedician consultation.

For pain, you can take tablet acetaminophen.

In case of fracture, you may require surgical intervention after orthopedician consultation.

Restrict your hand movements.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale, Family and general physician
