What Causes Perthes Disease In The Left Hip?

Hi there I am 24 roughly 5ft and 9and a half stone I also have perthis disease in my left hip ... I was wondering if u could help I am 6 weeks pregnant and getting a lot of stomach cramps during and after intercourse is this ok ? And also I will be on holiday for 2 weeks at 12 weeks pregnant is it ok to sunbathe ?
