What Causes Petechia In The Inner Arms?

Hello I am 27 and im worried about some.petechiae in my inner arms they come and go, they last for about 2 days and disapear. Today I got a patch of petechiae on the back of my arm near my shoulder. Im planning on seeing a dr about it but im scheduled for next week and im a bit anxious. Other syntoms I have is back pain and numbness from time to time and i get numb really easy on my feet and hands
