What Causes Petechia On The Arms And Legs Of A Child?

Hi my 3 year old daughter has a petechial rash that has been present for about 6 weeks it fades down and then comes back out again she s had full blood work done which was normal her inflammation levels were slightly alevated but at the time she had severe tonsillitis so I m not sure what could be causing this rash it s only down her right leg on her buttock and back of thigh and backs or her arms it never spreads anywhere else
