Hi doctor,about two weeks ago I found irritation in my Penis in side the fore skin.I thought it could be some minor infection due to dirty underwear because of sweat but later on I see cracks on the inner side of my foreskin and also that my foreskin would not slide down when erect. Along with this I noticed some whitish Cream like formation on the head of my organ every morning inside the foreskin. It had a few red patches which were quite sensitive. I have been washing my penis with clean water it has reduced the symptoms a bit the irritation and itchiness is still there, it keeps coming back. Could you please explain what is the reason of this. Also what medicine should I apply to get rid of it. I had the same problem 2 or 3 years back but It went away I dont remember whether I had put any medicine or not. I am 73 years old. I am worried about it. Two or three years back I was diagnosed to have border case diabetes. Lately for the past 3 or 4 months I have been taking sugar and sweet deserts normally. I do not have any bad habits. Could you please
