What Causes Piercing Chest, Constant Back And Stomach Pain?
Hi, im am currently 17 and i have had test done but they havnt found anything but i have horrible pain in my chest stomach back. chets it happens suddenly i can never predict when it will happen but it feels like sharp stabbing pain and sometimes pressure. or like my lungs are being over inflamed. my lower back because i have constant pain no matter what i do its always hurts. sometimes more recently my stomach area has been hurting like theres a worm eating the inside of my stomach and no matter how much i eat im always Hungary and cant stopo eating until i have a stomach ach. now my doctor keeps telling me it growing pains but the pain is much worse then just growing pain. thanks for answering my question.
The pain intensity compelling to over eat can be related to duodenal ulcer where there is acute constant back and stomach ache and initial eating relieves the pain, while over eating gives pain by stomach distension beyond capacity. In my clinic, I do recommend an upper GI endoscopy for the final diagnosis and cure accordingly.
