What Causes Piercing Pain In The Ankle And Foot?

I am having periodic piercing pains in my ankle and my foot is tingly and has a bit of an achy feeling... just on the one side... I have diabetes type 2 but they said a just had slight neuropathy... that was a couple months ago and this just started happening

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may be arthritis condition and if this is the diabetes then it need to be control on tight rule basis else the inflammatory condition of this would be more intense, till then Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day can be used hope this information helps.
