Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

1. Don't worry, your concern is post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
2. You can try melaglowrich cream, apply on the affected area twice daily.
3. Have limcee chewable tablets, thrice daily after food. Consult your physician for prescription.
4. Avoid direct sunlight and use neutrogena sunscreen between 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
5. Use mild cleansers like cetaphil for face wash.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sandeep Golla
