What Causes Pimple Like Bump Inside The Vagina?

I have a bump inside my vagina on my clitoris. I busted it and a little white head came out like a pimple then after that blood came out. What do i do? Ive had the std trich before but its been treated a year ago could it be from that even if it was treated
