What Causes Pimple Like Bumps On Clitoris?

I seem to have a small white head on my clit... It kinda hurts and I don think I can/should pop it, what should I do to help it go away on it s own? I m in a hot and humid area and I belive it s because of tight clothes and not showering for two days. I m 18

White bump in the clitoral region is most likely to be due to bacterial infection.
I will suggest you to keep proper hygiene, wear cotton undergarments and take appropriate antibiotics, after prescription from an OBGYN specialist.
