What Causes Pimple Like Bumps On Face, Back And Neck Area?
I got a pimple like things on my face as well as little on my neck and some on back... its looks like a bump and when i press it... white thick fluid comes out.. and after some days i again press some white semi solid like thing comes out.. it makes my face looking weird.. and it makes me feel like my face is burning.. so please help. Any tips please.. or any solution for it.

Bump on face with thick fluid can be sebaceous cyst. Pimples are painful and contains pus. A painless bump is likely to be sebaceous cyst. I suggest you to consult your surgeon for clinical assessment and thus management.
