What Causes Pimple Like Bumps On Inner Side Of Elbows?

I have started to get small pimple like bumps on the inner side of my elbows... I ve tried using Neutrogena body wash and dove soap... I try to keep the area dry and clean, but the bumps are progressing... What could this be? How do I clear these up?

From your description, I would consider the possibilities of a fungal infection and an eczema.

Fungal infection can be treated using a cream with clotrimazole applied 2 times a day for 2 weeks.

Eczema can be treated using a mild steroid like 1 % hydrocortisone twice a day for 2 weeks.
