What Causes Pimple-like Bumps On The Area Around My Right Knee?

I have been getting these pimple-like bumps only on the area around my right knee. I took antibiotics but they didn t clear it up. I ve been changing razors and keeping my razors dry and out of the shower. Now, there are also multiple bruises around the same area. What could this be?

Hi,

It may be keratosis pilaris. It is a benign condition.It is a disease of hair follicle characterised by hyperkeratosis in hair follicles leading to keratotic papules. Etiology is unknown. Genetic influence may be there.

Vitamin A cap,vitamin E cap and vitamin C tab may be taken for long time. Salicylic acid oint 12% may be applied to get good result.
