What Causes Pimple Like Bumps On Tip Of Penis After Sex?

I had sex with my wife but did not notice she was spotting. The next day I notice I had a pimple like bump on tip of my penis and is painful when I pee or touch around the area. I pulled back the skin and noticed some irritation on my penis. Could this be a sexual disease. We have not been having much sex and when we do this happens
