What Causes Pimple Look Alike Spot On Mid Shoulder And Navel Area?

I have a pimple like spot near medial side of shoulder near a bra strap area. It has a whitehead and redness around about quarter size around it. I also have one above belly button. They are itchy. Itchiness in belly button too. I have had a sore throat for one week, tender lymph node area on neck, aching on and off. I don t know if these symptoms are related or two separate incidents. No fever.

Hi,

I think it related to you sore throat. The description of your spot is related to folliculitis and the same bug can cause sore throat as well. Do not pop out these pimple like spots as these are going to leave a mark behind.You don't need to worry about these pimple like spots as these are going to heal with your sore throat. You might need to take some oral antibiotics as per you local guidance for your sore throat.
