What Causes Pimple On Hand And Foot?

what cause pimple on one s hand and foot especially the soft tissues. I have seem my doctor and is now applying Betamethasone Dipropionate 0.5% is this the best thing to used, I am black and around my ankle and part of the upper skin on my feet is so black and ugly. I apply the cream twice a day, take a bath every other day and soak my feet and scrum the dead cells off, still my feet look old and ugly

Using betamethasone without proper diagnosis can be hazardous. First of all, please have yourself diagnosed and then institute the suitable treatment.Pimples do not occur on hands and feet but affect areas that are having rich activity of oil producing glands.
