What Causes Pimples Along With Redness On Face Despite Taking Biotin Forte?

Hello doctor I am 30yr old female 1 month before I have taken depovera a injection and after 1week in my face begin to start pimples and acne in chin and colour changes in my skin. I consult doctor and he gave me beaten forte but still redness and pimples in my face. Pls doctor what is your choice

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Depo Provera contains Medroxylprogesterone and it is used as a birth control agent and the eruption of pimples after after a week of injection can be due to hormonal imbalances that has ocured after the injection..
Only Biotin Forte intake does not seems to be sufficient and you need to take topical anti acne treatment along with it like using salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide facewash and cleansers..
Apply Clindamycin gel over the fcae..
You can also apply Adapelene gel at night that is a retinoid..
You can also do cool compresses over the face..
You can scrub your face to prevent clogging of pores and maintain cleanliness and peel off dead skin..
You should avoid oily food and take more of green leafy vegetables..
Drink plenty of water..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion and chemical peels..
