What Causes Pimples Around The Left Rib Cage?

I HAVE SOME PIMPLES ON MY LEFT RIB CAGE. EARLIER THEY WERE LESS IN NUMBER BUT NOW THEY HAVE INCREASED AND SPREAD DOWNWARDS. THEY ARE PAINING AND I AM UNDERGOING BREATHLESSNESS. MOST OF THE TIMES, I FEEL LESS AIR. X-RAY, BLOOD TEST, HEART ECG, TMT ETC., ALL DONE AND ALL REPORTS ARE NORMAL. PLEASE HELP

I have evaluated your query thoroughly
it seems like skin infection
* bath with dettol soap and warm water 2times /day
* you can apply powder contains fluconazole
* you take antibiotic like doxycycline (100mg)
* wear cotton cloth
* don't wear tight clothes which is rub on your chest
