What Causes Pimples Like While Bumps On Tongue?

i have small white bumps and what look like pimples and small white sacks on my tongue i sqeezed one no puss it bled a little for a short period of time.one of my molars (i believe its a molar)broke off a bit below the gum line,obviously it needs to be pulled out.this tooth broke quite awhile back after i noticed 2 raised white hard taste buds from the research i did online(i know i shouldn t self diagnose).my wife has tongue and her tongue never looked like mine.could these two things be related.oh,since the tooth broke it s been getting slowly worse. can someone give me some advice.i,m totally depleted of funds due to my wives medical bills,i d be so appreciative if you could help me at no cost.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
You have two separate issues. The bumps over the tongue can be a enlarged taste bud secondary to any irritation by the teeth or even nutritional deficiency can cause it. Nothing to be panic, it will subside by its own.
The broken tooth is separate issue, it has nothing to do with the bumps over the tongue. The tooth has to be treated with RCT or extraction.
