What Causes Pimples On Face Inspite Being On Micropil Plus Contraceptive?

i am currently taking micropil plus contraceptive for 4 months now and i have noticed that i get breakouts/acne (big pimples on my face). Is it because of the micropil plus? please help me and advice me the best thing to do to get rid of my acne and if what other alternative contraceptive pill should i take to prevent my breakouts... Thanks!

With the pill you are taking this side effects are known to occur.
So in my opinion you consult the doctor and ask about changing the pill.
Yaz is a pill which does not cause these side effects.
Consult doctor befor starting.
