What Causes Pimples On Penis Shaft?

Hi I have pimples kind of thing on my penis shaft it s the first time I am experiencing on my penis...It is healing now but still it looks white...It is apply vaseline to cure it...earlier it was one now I noticed two more near to same area please help...I am concerned...I always have protected sex.

* As per my clinical experience, multiple pimples on penis shaft indicate benign condition.

* The usual cause is sebaceous cyst most likely.

* The vaseline is not curative for the same and the surgical opinion with excision biopsy is definite answer for the condition after clinical confirmation.
