Hi I have pimples on penis not paining or any other issues had been to doctor and took all test it was negative is ther anything because me getting married in couple of months very depressed so need help with answer is it common with all and curable ??? Me scared it was months and recently i visited doctor

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. If not, it can be due to rough masturbation , bacterial infection. Share picture for confirmation.
