What Causes Pimples On The Forehead?

My forehead always has tons of little pimples all over it. Even if they ve been popped they stay for so long. It s like my skin on my forehead is always clogged, but when I started exfoliating more it started making me breakout more. I feel like it s internal with my hormones because when I m on my period I definitely get more but maybe there s something I can do for the ones that always stay even when I m not on my period? I m so sick of them

Hi,
You are suffering from forehead acne.
Carefull about following :
1.Using hair products
As much as we love dry shampoo, hair oils, and wave spray to experiment with different styles, many ingredients in hair products can trigger forehead acne. “This doesn’t mean you don’t need to use your favorite hairstyling products,” choose suitable one.

2.You’re not exfoliating
Sloughing off dead skin cells is normally associated with the colder months when your skin is flakey and dry, but it’s just as important in the summer. “Between repeated applications of sunscreen, makeup, and sweat, it’s essential to exfoliate your skin to make sure you’re getting everything off your face at the end of the day — or dirt and grime gets trapped in your pores,”

3.Spending more time in the sun
Even though a tan can lessen the appearance of acne, it makes it worse in the long run. “The heat from the sun can exacerbate forehead acne since sweat builds up extra oil, which causes inflammation,”

4.Slathering on the wrong sunscreen

5.Your hormones
Unfortunately, this one is sometimes out of our control.

6.Having too much sugar in your diet, control it

7.You’re not washing your pillowcases!!!!

Follow this point, if not improve consult with an dermatologist for acne treatment.

thanks
