What Causes Pimples On The Outside Of Vagina?

I had burning with urination on Monday. I saw a doctor on Tuesday and they said I had a really bad UTI. I was prescribed cipro to get rid of the infection. This morning I woke up and had what looks like pimples on the outside of my vagina. Are these just pimples or could it be something else? I ve looked up every STD possible and cannot match what I m seeing to anything in the pictures but it still concerns me.
