Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pimples on the shoulders which could be due to abundance of sebaceous glands in that area. I would suggest you to try to reduce your stress . Wash area with body wash containing salicylic acid. Exfoliate your skin twice a week. Apply raw honey at night and wash it in the morning. Apply azelaic acid cream after washing shoulder area twice a day. You should consult dermatologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper prescription. Avoid taking oily, fried and spicy food.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
