What Causes Pimples On The Vagina And Buttocks?

Hi, I ve got 2 really bad blind pimple type thing one is on my vaginal lip and one is almost on my bum down the bottom.. I ve had pimple like things like this before but they have gone away.. Not sure whether it s because of the underwear I wear or maybe the body wash I use.. Don t think it s STDs personally I ve been with the same person for a few years and he has no symptoms... Just wondering what you think ?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having furuncles, it is a skin bacterial infection.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
