What Causes Pimples On Tongue After Taking Panadol And Nurafen?

hi, my daughter is 16mths old and has had a temperture since 8 pm last night but am able to keep them under control with panadol and nurafen.i have noticed today she has two pimples on her tongue, just wondering if its something i should be worried about.
