What Causes Pimples With Black Dot In The Bottom Of The Feet?

My name is Dave and I have these little pimples with like a black dot in the center on the bottom of my feet. They feel like pins sticking me when I walk and they burn. Someone said it was shingles, but I never had chickenpox. If it is, how is it possible and what s the solution.

Hi,

Heel-spurs can sometimes give pins & needles sensation. Get an X-ray done to confirm it. Reduce your weight, stop spending much time on foot. Stretching exercises, night splints are helpful.

You can take medications like Tylenol & Naproxen for relieve. If you are diabetic, pins & needle sensation in the foot can be due to developing peripheral neuropathy.

You should get physically examined & get nerve conduction tests done. In the meantime take vitamin B6, B12, zinc, magnesium with folic acid. Do regular exercises & eat home made boiled food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
