What Causes Pimples With Puss And Its Treatment With Light Medicine?

Hi i m 28 yr old female i m suffering from acne(with puss) near mouth area from past 8-9 months. I was suffering from acne problem when i was 18 yr i had take isotroin 20 for 5 month in year 2005 now i have pimples near mouth area only my dr asked me to take minoz-50 and T-bat in my nose for 15 days as may be i m suffering from some allergy. In past i had used minoz, i want a long term treatment after stop using oral medicine problem again occurs. kindly suggest me some light medicine and ointment for long term result i have sensitive stomach even light medicine gives me bad effect on it

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples with puss even after taking medication. Well pimples are very common problem . If they persist even after taking medicine it mean there must be some underlying factor, which need to be eliminated to completely get rid of them. I would suggest you to wash your face with facewsh containing benzoyl peroxide and cold water daily twice , after washing face apply gel prescribed by doctor and cover your face while going outside to protect it from sun damage . If condition still persist the again consult dermatologist for proper evaluation of the condition . Doctor may prescribe stronger antibiotics. Exfoliate your face twice a week with non comedogenic exfoliant. Also apply cream containin azelaic acid at night and take vitamin C supplement at least for 10 days.
