What Causes Pin Prick Feeling On Head And Brain?

sometime Suddenly I feel pin prick in my head, which i feel like some pin is pricked my brain. it will be a like a shock. it was not last long. its just a second.. i feel like shouting. this happens just right at the center of the head, but the pain... i feel something inside is been pricked
