What Causes Pin Prick Type Of Chest Pain In Left Side?

hi, i am 27 years old woman.working in it company. having more or less healthy food, height 5.1 inch and weight 55 kg.

I am having very mild but sharp pin pinch type of chest pain in left side of chest. it lasts for 1-2 seconds some times little more seconds.

feeling nurvous . please suggest.

I can understand your concern.
Left sided chest pain should be evaluated for heart diseases first.
So better to get done ecg and 2d echo first.
If both are normal then no need to worry for cardiac diseases.
Sometimes anemia and vitamin b 12 deficiency can cause similar kind of pin pinch type of chest pain.
So get done hemoglobin estimation and vitamin b 12 level.
If deficiency then you need supplements.
Don't worry, you will be alright. But first rule out cardiac diseases.
