What Causes Pin Pricking Sensation In Right And Left Chest?
I m feelin a pin prick like sensation in my right and left chest for a few weeks. It cause me to scratch like and itch not really a pain. Last a few seconds and a few times a day and not everyday. Today has been more frequent and on left side. No other pain in arm or anywhere.

This is probably an allergy. You need to be seen by a doctor for clinical examination. You may take at the meantime antihistamine.
