What Causes Pinched Feeling In The Nose Post A Trigeminal Neuralgia Surgery?

I had trigeminal neauralgia (missed spelled) had surgery 9 yrs. ago. Felt between the nerve and artery. Now lately the tip end of my nose feels like it is being pinched and really bring back BAD memories.... does this have anything to do with that? YYYY@YYYY

It is unlikely be related to trigeminal neuralgia. It might be due to some nasal polyp or turbinate hypertrophy. If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
