What Causes Pinching Feeling On Left Lower Abdomen?

I had a pinching feeling on my left lower abdomen in maybe my uterus region. I also had a pulling sensation in my belly button shortly after, along with a pulling sensation in the same area as the pinching. This has never happened before and I am confused as to what it can be.

It could be from muscle stretch or contraction. Not to worry. If it repeates further you can get examined.
