Hi. I had subclavical artery surgery several months ago.....yesterday I felt a pinching feeling briefly under the left collarbone area (it was left subclavical surgery in neck area) then now there is an indentation in that area where the pinching was. What could cause that

As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
