What Causes Pinching Sensation In Genitals?

good morning, please i had an unprotected sex about five days ago and i av since been feeling some kind of funny feelings like pinching one in a while inside my genitals. i feel its an STD and want to ask if there is any drug i can use to take care of it before it gets worse. am 31yrs old and weighs 78kg with height of 1.77m from Nigeria, west-Africa thank you!

This could be nonspecific kind of symptoms and may not be due to intercourse and not due to any infection and this is nothing to worry because this would be fine soon, no need to take any medicine for this, hope this information helps, take care.
