Hi,
I understand your query & concern.
The bump on vagina in pregnancy is mostly a Gartners cyst which is seen mostly while fetus is growing/ Bartholin's cyst at the vaginal opening.
A pea sized cyst of both the types is mostly symptomless./resolvew by themselves over the time ( Gartner's cyst - after child birth)
No treatment is needed unless it increases in size/ is infected & causes symptoms
The management therefore is to observe good genital hygiene/ not to disturb or prick it/ Consult a gynecologist if it starts getting bigger or gets infected for treatment.
Thanks.
