Hello ma'am and welcome.

Firstly, please do not pop them as this can result in them getting infected in turn causes more serious consequences. Apply a warm compress on the region, maintain good personal hygiene and try to take sitzs baths with epsom salt for the affected region. This could plainly be due to accumulation of sweat, areas where friction is common which can pull the hai growing in the region, areas where you have recently shaved, etc. Nithing serious gmto worry about and not really related to pregnancy.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
