What Causes Pink Colored Blotches On Leg?

Hi I have had some small blotches on my leg in one area for atleast the last 10years. They are usually a light pink colour but when exposed to sunlight go bright red and much larger.they have never itched or caused any pain,Any ideas on what this is? Thank-you

Pink colored blotches on legs which turn red on exposure to sun light can be due to sensitivity of skin to sun. I suggest you to consult your dermatologist for clinical assessment for definitive diagnosis and thus management.
