What Causes Pink Discharge Post Removal Of Left Fallopian Tube?

I got my left fallopian tube remove after an ectopic pregnancy and a rupture of the fallopian tube. I was feeling better but now 4 months after I start aving pink discharge as I did before my surgery... I did a pregnancy test and it was negative... I'am worried is it possible that i had another problem with my other fallopian tube?
