What Causes Pink Growth On Upper And Lower Eye Lids?

I have a pink growth under my lower eye lid. I thought it was a chalazion since I had one on my upper lid of the same eye. But now I think it has caused bacterial pink eye. Yellow crusty stuff in morning. Weeping throughout the day. I'm not sure how to get rid of the problem. I'm 31, 130 lbs and 5' 10. Fairly healthy, no major health problems beyond my eczema, and vitiligo.

I suppose its a chalazion which got infected known as internal hordeolum.topical and systemic antibiotics should be started. In the mean time hot formentation would help with the pain. Consult your local ophthalmology clinic asap.
