What Causes Pink Spots On The Wrist And Forearm After An Insect Bite?

Yes, I have what I thought was poison ivy, on my left wrist and forearm. It s a few pink spots in a jagged line. The skin isn t red, just the actually tiny spots, one of them has a scab, I think I scratched it in my sleep. Nothing has spread and the spots are ball point pen sized. I ve had it since Monday. I ve been using Calamine lotion which is just temporary. ??

Poison ivy is a poisonous flowering plant that is known for causing allergic reaction leading to itching, irritation, and sometimes painful rash in most people who touch. In some cases, allergic reaction can progress to anaphylaxis.
Advice
1.     Avoid touching poison ivy
2.     Levocetirizine 5 mg daily per oral for 3 days
3.     Apply calamine lotion locally three times daily
4.     Do scratch as it will cause infection
Thanks
