What Causes Pink Spotting After Having Unprotected Sex?

Hi, I had my period Starting last Sunday, ending last Thursday. I had unprotected sex on Thursday. And then Yesterday and pink spotting only for one day (well I haven;t seen any today)

Could this be implantation bleeding? Or just hormones?

I am on a fast right now, and I am also taking Pills for Hypothyroid.
