What Causes Pink Vaginal Discharge After Period?

i had my period 2 weeks ago but since then,i have had real runny at times mixed with hint of pink then now brown& clear watery discharge at the same time with mild lower back cramps what could this be?feels like im on my period but instead of blood its watery?
