What Causes Pink Vaginal Discharge After Removal Of A Uterine Polyp?

I had a polyp removal from my uterus on Thursday, 20Apr. I felt okay, no much pain or cramps, just a little pink watery discharge. Then on Saturday morning I woke up with bleeding, like a period and I have cramps now, my belly is swollen. Is it normal?

It is quite common and is due to slight bleeding.

Generally, it will settle by itself.
