What Causes Pink Vaginal Discharge After Urination?

Hi, I have noticed that after I pee their is a light pink residue on the toilet paper after I pee. I am not on my cycle, it has been done since last week. Can you tell me what that can be? Also, I m on the 5 year mirena bc can that be the cause? t is my 3rd year

First have your pregnancy tested since Intra Uterine birth control device is not 100% effective birth controll method. Please have urine analysis to check if you have Urinary Tract Infection. The pink stain could be from the birth controll device too.
