What Causes Pink Vaginal Discharge And Tender Breasts?

Sir, my LMP was 13.01.2011. On 10.02.2011, I have pinkish discharge and it lasted upto 3 days. The discharge is moderate and there is no pain during the discharge. Upper portion of my stomach just above umblical cord looks hard. My breasts are so tender and broad. Nipples sometimes become harder but some times looks soft. 10 days before, I had salivation in mouth and tiredness and had a feeling not to get down my bed. Am I pregnant or I have any other problem. Kindly let me know.
