What Causes Pink Vaginal Discharge?

I had a smelly pink discharge for around one week. The doctor prescribed SHIE kit which i took. The smell has gone the next morning. I did a HVS test where it is written,organism= no growth,TV,mono,gono,= not seen. What does the result mean. Is there reason for me to worry. Please advise me

Hi..dear..be relax there is nothing to worry about the report..its completely fine and normal..you have taken proper antibiotics and antifungal treatment so complete the course..and you will be OK. if you develop any pain you can take tab ibuprofen..else nothing to worry..keep your self hydrated..thanks and stay healthy
