What Causes Pink Vaginal Spotting Along With Abdominal Cramps?

Hi my girl and I had sex 11 days ago. We used a condom and it didn t break. She was supposed to get her period this week but has told me she s been spotting a pinkish color for 5 days. She said it keeps turning off and on each day. She also said her cramps were horrible. She s taken 3 pregnancy test all negative. Could she be Pregnant

Possibility of pregnancy is very less.
Possibility of hormonal imbalance is more likely.
So tell her to consult gynecologist and get done hormone levels to rule out hormonal imbalance.
She may needs hormone pills to regulate hormones. Once her hormones are normalize, she will be alright.
